It looks to me as though Both the Dec and snapon are saying Exactly the same thing. ( INTAKE AIR CIRCUIT ) Although the dec gives a lot better description. Its Nothing to do with inlet Air Temp.
This is the most common thing on shitty Clio's and the Dealers charge £70 ish to tell the customer that it needs an ECU, Throttle body and wiring harness. At a cost of around £1600.
( basically because it can be any one of the 3 items and they cannot prove which one will cure it so they price up for the lot. Otherwise if they estimate for one or 2 items and it doesn't cure it, The customer will then think that they haven't done their job properly.

Whereas they can get away with Charging Ridiculous amonts of money to repair badly made unreliable motor cars.

I think if you search the archives there will be lots of similar problems on clio's.
