Hi Craig. Just thought about it and Remembered that Glyn had mentioned Adaptions.

There is the Facility to Reset Adaptions or Throttle Learn on these cars, You normally have to do this after cleaning or replacing the throttle body, it sometimes take 2 or 3 attempts to make it work.

It sounds feasible that this may be the problem seeing as its only happened since a flat battery/jump start. ( Thats if you haven't already tried it ) The Facility ought to be on Dec and possibly on Snapon.
