Hi Peter,
Does the Relay DTC come back if you erase them? Usual fault for Honda ABS is wheel speed sensor, though did have a modulator fault on my brothers 97 Civic VTEC that meant finding a used modulator assembly.
The 5 pin connectors do seem to be popular on this age of Accord only, with only the later ones going 16 pin. They also split the systems as well, so bridging the SCS (2 pin) connector doesn't always flash DTCs for all systems.
Our Honda tool has 3, 5 & 16pin connectors.
Didn't Mike W have a problem with his Multiscan the other day on a Honda Diesel 
Though I think he was just a little out of date on updates
