Hi Peter, I've seen the relay inop fault code before on Honda ABS with wss faults present.After repairing the wss fault and the system self tests it cleared on all the ones I'd seen.
Warn the customer that this is the repair route that needs to be taken and cover your back.
Poss due to the relay being inop as the system is faulty?
