Have you removed the ecu yet. ?? We had one a couple of weeks back with what appeared to be water in the ecu multiplug, ( oily like antifreeze ) it had corroded the ecu terminals, so we cleaned it up and greased the pins and advised the customer to either trade it in or get ready for a bill for a new harness and ecu. The Ecu was well up off the floor and the harness goes uphill to the ecu, so the water had capilliaried up the harness into the multiplug, the car floor was totally dry which looked unusual. ( Or the water had been forced up the harness due to the movement of the vehicle. ?? )

This vehicle had been to the dealers several times for an egr fault and the dealers could not stop the light from coming back on. ( possibly caused by the same problem ) ??
