Hi Mike,
I would want to scope the TPS on this. Maybe the track is worn which will not produce fault code. If that is ok, then I would make sure that the AFM is a genuine product and scope it to make sure. Also do you have emission reading - especially 02? Maybe running a bit lean. I assume you have checked rubber trunking for splits.
