Can we clear a few things up
What engine is this 1600 or 1800 ?? ie is it really a ti
The o2 sensor you are scoping is that a post cat sensor.
some mention of six wire o2,s ? pre cat ? i think they may be 5 wire but will check when we know the exact engine. can you post the last 2 letter and 5 numbers of the chassis.

i suspect means Key On Engine Running.
And you would be surpised how good a smoke machine is, much, much better than using sprays and you can even test PCV,s more of which when we know the exact engine
