Hi Michael,
1.4v will be Air Temp Sensor and 3.8v is fair. Need gas readings at idle especially 02. Get that throttle body cleaned - a must. MAF is better scoped to see what is going on. Then you need to scope TPS.
The clue I reckon will be with gas readings.
