Is this a Z18XE
Take a look at the O2 sensor output & fuel trims, the O2 sensor will be flat lined rich & trims at maximum.
You need to reset the adaptions, the ecu has adapted to the old MAF.
I have been in exactly the same situation myself and it was resolved using Vaux Com, special funcions, ( I can't remember the exact text but obvious when you read it ). HTH
