re tested and got all exited when static voltage read 400 mv.
Stared engine voltage started to rise and kept going and leveled out at 1.03 v however the co in exhaust is still non existent and o2 is running at about 4%.
I thinking the ecu may be damaged because injector
period doesn't respond.
