Thanks for that. My gut feeling on this, is that this is a fuelling and not an ignition problem. You have replaced the Coolant Temp Sensor (CTS) which I assume is of the 2 wire variety. My approach to this after conducting the basic checks would be to scope the CTS from cold and also scope the TPS. The vac pipe to the MAP sensor should also be checked for blockages or leaks. I would be interested in the 4 gas readings at idle cold and then hot which may give a clue. Fuel pressure would also be of interest. There is also a possibility of an injector(s) problem bearing in mind the length of time the vehicle has been standing. A good dose of Injector cleaner would not go amiss. As a final thought, what plugs are fitted and I assume they are pre-set at 1.1mm.
