I have the same car this afternoon with the same fault, have quoted for a genuine sensor although I have fitted ngk before with no problems. Can you check the resistance across both white wires of ngk sensor, compare reading with the rear sensor?

If my customer agrees to have a genuine sensor fitted I will measure resistance before I fit it, but may not be today.
