When does this misfire? - is it totally sporadic or does it only occur when the engine is hot?
If it is only on a hot engine, is this the one with the ECU on the back of the engine & if so can you spray it with freeze your nuts off to see if the misfire abates.
Have you scoped the Cam & Crank sensors, are they installed correctly (as per Dannies Vectra) - with the correct gap etc...
ECU coil driver fault?
