Kev, I think that may be a topic for another discussion . I too have had quite a few problems with previously fitted parts from not only ECP but main dealers as well. This was a sealed box with no signs of the throttle body being fitted before.

The main point is that the voltages that I get out of both throttle body position sensors are identical and both throttle butterflies work when carrying out an actuator test so I believe that this is a possible ECU/software error now. I've since carried out an ECU reset to factory defaults and now have the same problem trying to adapt the EGR valve. This also just comes up with an error when attempting an adaption.
