You would have to check seconary output to varify the coil condition. (maybe with a spark tester and COP extension)
How do the burn times compare across the cylinders (in the primary)
If the coil cut off time is efficiant and the current ramp is a 'Ramp' I would say that you have validated the primary drive, looking at your primary current. Including the voltage drop in the primary circuit.
I would definatley be checking the exhaust emissions first though
