Hi Lee, 66 ohms is fine. Line i intact.
You need to check supply at T20/14 AND T20/1. tHEY ARE FED AT FUSE 12 AND 28 UNDER SCUTTLE PANEL IN ENGINE BAY. Fuse 14 under left dash.
Earth point t20/11 goes to left hand a pillar, there should be 2.
T20/19 AND t20/9 ARE FOR DIAG SOCKET.
