The 8 second cycle is that at 2000 rpm or idle ?
What are your fuel trims ?
What voltage do you have on the post cat sensor ?
Could you post pre/post O2 sensor waveforms.
Is it possible the pre/post sensors have been fitted the wrong way around, I have seen this on a Peugeot after an exhaust was fitted !
