The fuel pressure and vac readings look OK.
The emissions look good. Were they taken when the fault was present? otherwise they would be meaningless.
No sign of Freeze Frame Data when the EML illuminates?
Now, as far as I am aware, I would expect the short term fuel trim to fluctuate in time with the HO2 sensor but I am not sure by how much. Your + figure looks excessive, but I am sure someone will come along and put me right on that on those two points.
Having looked at Autodata, it is showing that the MAP idle signal voltage should be about 4.3v but that doesn't ring true to me. The voltage you recorded in your first post looks more realistic and it wont be the first time I have seen duff info in AD. Hopefully someone can confirm what the voltage should be.
