Does this car have genuine spark plugs in? I had a clio a few years ago kept going into limp home and no throttle response. Flagged up map sensor but also other faults, mine had bosch spark plugs in. Replaced with genuine ones and everything was fine. Its probably nothing but I just thought I mention it.
