If the car stalls, it can log Map sensor as a fault as it loses manifold vacuum as it is stalling. ( As pete was suggesting in his first reply ) ohh. Just remembered, are the wires to the ecu damaged by the metal anti theft cover that sits over the top of it. ( assuming that its the one with the ecu at the back of the engine. )
If the throttle body is clean and the adaptions have been reset and it still stalls then it could have a faulty throttle body, wiring or ecu as they all cause that problem and Renault dealers used to replace all 3 items at the same time as it was the only way that they could guarantee a cure. The only problem is that any of these parts are now more than the cars are worth.
