Does anyone know if Peugeot do a upgrade for catalyst efficiency fault on this engine. We fitted an aftermarket cat a year ago but since the car brings up the antipollution message with
fault code for efficiency of the Cat. We test it each time it comes in with no air leaks, sensors switching fine, emissions clean as a whistle so it
has an intermittent fault which we suspect to be the voltage slightly out of range for the lambda operation. Called the dealer today and they say needs a genuine cat fitted. I asked if there was a related software update to vary the sensor voltages which I was told no idea, car would need booking in and a software update ran at £90 please. Many thanks
