    Thanks for that, have checked through BBA forum as well. Sounds like similar fault bit apparently no fix? I've been checking the car further today and have a theory. It appears to be flooding briefly as it occasionally splutters a couple of seconds after start up, you see the injector duration increase dramatically and the throttle butterfly opens, if the engine continues to run after this, all is ok. If it stalls, its a real job to restart. I've also noticed that is you hold the key in the start position during initial fire up and continue cranking past this "splutter", it never fails to start. I've rechecked fuel pressure today and have noticed that its running around 0.5 bar above what autodata says it should be, both with and without vacuum pipe connected. Ordered new pressure reg, not very hopeful that this will cure it but you've got to start somewhere!
