Finally customer got to volvo for an unrelated recall, they said that they could nt reset the srs light,and wanted vehicle next week for deeper analysis!! However on the way home the electrics were all slow, customers words, after 3 miles everything woke up and the airbag light went out, Im thinking they must have disconnected the battery? Anyway customers happy , does nt think scan tool was cause of the problem as volvo told him they had several similar cases, thanks to all , Mike
