    according to my tec info MAF sensor common prob on these,done a few myself.
    It seems you can check and scope all you like MAF may not show up faulty and it can send you off on red herrings,getting to stage now where if i suspect maf for any reason i will replace and as i said on other post they are almost becoming a yearly service item.They are becoming cheaper and its surprising how better vehicles run with new even though the customer has not complained of a fault,they don't relies how bad the performance has got
