Hi Alan,
"STEALERS" is what I object to. As I remember, parts for these amount to five or six hundred pounds, and fitting a chain to one is by no means a five minute job. I bet you told your customer the dealer was a rip off too.
Ask yourself, What does this do for the image of our trade? And if we lead the general public to believe that from our informed position, then we only have ourselves to blame if the general public don't trust us.
