Hi Tony, It has a regulator in the tank. I was thinking that a kinked pipe or blocked pre filter or even as the car accelerates the pertrol moves away from the pick up and pressure drops. I have suggested removing fuel pump and checking pipes and filter, would a regulator problem, situated in the tank, cause the problem, seems to much of a coincidence when the fault was a fuel pump and now the reg is playing up.
