"would running some engine flushes in it for a few weeks help any ?" Been there and tried that Dave. TBH I've never had any luck flushing any engine when the rings are welded to the piston. And yes, these 1800 duratecs go at low mileage too. Lowest one we've done so far had done 34,000 miles(Reminisent of the old Fiesta 1.25's) Russ |
