Hi Jem. I expect that the CAT is now taking a while to 'Light-Up' after the vehicle has been chucking so much fuel at it due to the breather valve allowing oxygen into the system!If it goes within the emissions window after a good run, then I would advise the customer that the CAT has probably started to 'melt down' and may need to be changed in the very near future.
