Hi Dave,
What a mess. I think you've done really well to get this far! This is a message of support more than anything else. I've little experience of these, but is the CAS a 2 wire device. If so I would have thought the peak-to-peak voltage at crank should be a lot more than 0.4V. Had Focus other week with no start. 'Scoped CAS with little or no signal, but resistance was OK. Took it out and end of cylinder had fallen of so advised of possible 'foreign' body flying about in bell housing. Worth following that through. Best of luck!
