YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS!! Thanks to all that replied especially Tony
Didnt have to pull dash out, i found the the little bstd causing it, 2 wires rubbing, cut out + re-solder
Cant understand how it wasnt permanently immobilised
18 months of faffing around...............
Got to be the best £25 spent coming on here
Just hope i can return the favour one day I am now going down the pub to get bladdered Again, Thank you Russell D
