What exactly is the difference between capitalism and corporatism? And when did this good capitalism exist? 'It's not really capitalism, it's corporatism' seems like making excuses to me - the state was always heavily involved with capitalism right through its history, as was a tendency towards monopoly (and corruption, and bureaucracy, and techno-military stuff).
Many of the people who say the above won't have it when you say stalinism wasn't really proper socialism, which seems hypocritical (but is much more of a valid statement in my view (i am biased)).
