Good parsing Raskolnikov. Should we all be packing our bags? Will SIR Mark Sedwill we able to hold the Johnson tiger by its tail? Sedwill has a joint function as National Security Adviser and Cabinet Secretary as well as heading the Civil Service. He and Johnson are not on the best of terms apparently.
