I'm trying to stick to my point, it seems either you dropped in half way or you're trying to change the subject. Go back to near the beginning and you'll see this duck and dive doesn't measure up. I was questioning ken's original assertions. Early on I said: It's all very well for you to make a declaration that the elite via the msm are I favour of brexit, but it's bullshit. Some are and some aren't. Since the liberal papers are and have been for remain since the start, and those more closely aligned with the liberal media (everyone else in parliament aside from the Tory figureheads it seems) are also for remain, then what I said is not only relevant but indisputable. Take a look back at ken's ideas prior to that too and you'll see why I argued it. We can't be pretending that the msm have been in support of brexit when it has not. Some of it has and some of it has not. What is important is that the majority of the people who voted were. We should have no other argument if our professed belief in democracy matched to our real beliefs, particularly when it comes to an all to rare real democratic vote, and particularly if we assert that we should have another equally democratic vote just in case. That means that we believe in the power of a democratic vote, but only if we think it might go our way. And perhaps a next round would, not because we all now have the necessary information, but because the remain side of the msm has been I. Overdrive since the vote, and we know propaganda works. The more remainers try to twist themselves in knots about the virtuosity of their positions, the more it becomes apparent that it's more about the machinations of spoilt child syndrome, Victoria peach like and less about a steadfast belief in democracy and justice. By all means fight for a better system, preferably one where there is no msm involvement, no fptp system, direct democracy as much as possible and representative with checks and balances, or a straight up anarchic system if you please. In the meantime, the honourable options we have are to fight to honour direct democracy where it is present, rather than shunning because the results don't match our expectations. Cheers
