You don't want to see the situation clearly.
Your example of the kids in a burning house is pathetic. If everyone gets out alive and unharmed, it will be due to the actions of people who do not panic, think quickly and intelligently, and act swiftly and decisively. I see no signs of that with the Save-the-Worldists, except perhaps the 'swiftly and decisively' part (but in the wrong direction!).

Silly me, with my paranoia and ingratitude. Of course the Globalists have done nothing but good for the sovereign nations and peoples of the world so far - fairer trade, higher environmental standards, more enlightened justice systems, less war and militarization . . . So, why oh WHY must I assume they'll deceive and betray the people on the climate concern?
Forgive my recent display of foolish paranoia and ingratitude, and thanks for making me see the error of my ways.
