is at least as much to blame for antisemitic atrocities by the nazis as antisemitism. The massacres in Poland and the western USSR before 1942 came from a conflation of Judaism and Bolshevism that there far from uniquely nazi. Aktion Reinhard was a consequence of the failure of Operation Barbarossa and the foresight of the supposedly chaotic and polycratic nazi system of rule. The post-war massacres by the Liarbour partei, IMF and the World Bank are little different.
