Yup, been working on that one for a while too, with not much success tbh... Clicked when I read RD Laing saying that 'there are lots of good reasons to not get angry, but +not being able+ to get angry isn't one of them' (approx - I think it's in The Divided Self somewhere). I could go into why I think that's the case but I've probably done more than enough soul-baring in this thread as it is! But yeah, I recognise it's not healthy, especially the internalising. Anyway, thanks for the advice. If I start getting all rude & obnoxious (and change my tag line!) you'll know why cheers, I PS: yes, I've read Jaguar and Honey from Prechtel, pretty impressive stuff and exquisitely well written. We can have a discussion about the becoming indigenous aspect another time if you like.
