| Nothing much, just that I've always thought that mass protest of the kind we normally have here, you know, whistles, chants and placards, are loved by the establishment because they provide the illusion of individual empowerment, the right of protest and the benefits of democracy, whilst remaining, on the whole, toothless. Unless there is mass positive abstention of the kind that irrefutably illustrates contempt and rejection of the system, whilst I understand why people do so, I see refusing to vote as being pretty much the same. |
