I haven't read Hoffman but I did read some stuff by Tom Campbell who is a physicist. Appealing to authority in the name of science is old as the hills, and to my mind such put-downs do not advance anyone's scientific credentials. Indeed these often precede scientific acceptance of new theories - they are predictable, hence of no value. Some specifics need to be discussed. Cheers- I'll get the popcorn
