"You stick to your guns nicely.." -Not hard when the guns are mere fact. "..but the fact remains that you can become a Jew by adopting Judasim as your religion (ask Ivanka Trump). " -On that fact Judaism is non-proselytising, therefore conversion has always been quite limited thus as I mentioned, the common hereditary disorders. "There is not, cannot be, any such thing as 'Jewish blood ' whether from mum or from dad." -Does it really need said three times? In Judaic Law having a Jewish dad doesn't make you Jewish: its having a Jewish mother, and nobody has mentioned "Jewish blood" but you. What I actually said is if "race" is concerned with some kind of "familial genetic commonality" then matriliniarity could be said to be a "racial"(call it "familial" if you will) or discreet genetic element in Judaism not present in the other proselytising religions such as Christianity and Islam. "...Thus it suited and still very much suits the Zionists (as it did the Nazis) to consider the practice of Judaism to confer a racial identity." -Whoever it suits or not is irrelevant to the historical practice and fact of matriliniarity in Judaism and to genetics itself. Glossing over it because you dislike the idea doesn't make it not there. "..In other words, as the above demonstrates, as soon as you accept that the concept of 'race' is meaningful, which I don't, you can make up anything you like about it." -As I've also pointed out: " ...there's no real difference genetically between a Mizrahi Jew (of middle eastern origin) and a Palestinian Muslim ": they both have very similar ancestry and indeed it being the older religion, both will have a common Jewish ancestry. Recognising that makes zionist "racial" arguments over Palestine null and void. "Mind you I also think Israel has no right to exist..." -We can certainly agree on that and as above there is certainly no coherent genetic or "racial" argument to justify it.
