apologies - my misapprehension. Any discussion which minimises the virus and argues against quarantine is effectively facilitating uncontrolled spread. I'm sure a plan involving testing isolating paying people during isolation and home care could be used to manage the disease. We had weeks or even months to prepare. Having failed that, until we have the tests, ventilators, oxygen and ppe we need it is going to mean weeks of quarantine. Any decision to starve people of food and money is a political decision. cheers, dan
