I'm not sure that "#### the dead old people." is so accurate. One of the things Boris did say early on was that the old and vulnerable should be locked down for 4 months. That seemed draconian at the time and even unfair. Yet now everyone is, though unclear for how long. A final point: you say "i support lockdown until the virus is eradicated (though we wouldn't have needed a lockdown if we'd have done it properly). ", but I really don't believe that. Many European countries have large numbers of infections and deaths as well and started their lockdowns earlier (eg Belgium and France). I don't see the virus being eradicated.
