What is science? A list of facts held together by nothing is like having sight but no sense of perspective. Chaos. Narrative holds it together. See Popper on paradigms. "Disease" as a nasty failure of the body under attack by germs. There's a prevalent narrative, it fits a few facts. But physiology - body function- is not there. That's quite an elephant there. Interesting how and why it's "missed".
