Yes, hardly impartial, though not openly critical of the Russian military or tactics. Obviously siding with the UK Navy, given they've basically passed on their press release as news.
The article talks about the Navy training up Ukrainians to send them straight into combat in Russia using British weaponry:

Needless to say there's no response to this from Russian officials or even experts in international law questioning the legality (not to mention morality) of getting so heavily involved on one side of a foreign conflict in this way.
