"Not a fan of the good doctor..." -I don't know what that's got to do with the relevant facts she reported. "...not sure why Archie's actual doctors didn't reference the scan she refers to rather than using the less-than-definitive term "very likely"." I assumed the ambiguity was because as above " formal brain stem testing was not possible due to additional damage to his peripheral nerves." As it's in the public sphere it would appear to me that it was referenced but just not publicised by the media, which leads to your other point: "a class issue in many of these cases..." With the NHS being "reformed" increasingly to ape the blatantly class prejudiced US system you certainly have a general point but this case has a more obvious bias: It got extensive media coverage because it concerned a pretty white blond child: A black or asian even pretty, a child, or both would probably not even reach the footnotes of media concern.
