Hi
With VOSA so keen on 'Minimum standards' nowadays at test and politicians wanting 4-2-2 they might just as well scrap the test completely as it will be pretty pointless.
It does seem however strange that with the rest society is health & safety and blame & claim mad that the country's biggest killer is the one thing they want to go backwards with.
Personally having spoken to many car drivers on the subject of 4-2-2 I have never found one that thought it is a good idea.
