EU block exemption rulings? Suggestion Archived Message

My thoughts after reading the above and thinking for the future. 1) UKAT to host a forum dedicated to the Block Exemption fiasco. 2) Someone intelligent enough and willing to write a draft letter voicing the concerns of the independent garage which we can then copy and send "Direct" to our local MPs. Most of them are on line now. 3) Report back to the Block Exemption forum any news that is worth hearing and try and keep this topic on the boil. Because as Job says a few years down the road we might not be able to even service vehicles. 4) Any sponsors of equipment or parts suppliers reading this do the same because it will effect you the same as us. Major parts suppliers like Andrew Page Brown Bros Partco Unipart etc etc What are these guys doing to ensure they will have a business a few years down the road. This threat is very real. I think we'll have to start this ball rolling ourselves as me thinks a lot of the motor trade bodies also represent the dealers too. Regards
