Can anyone assist. Companies house suggests Bartons Basildon Ltd preceded WJ Barton Ltd. But I recollect working for WJ Barton Ltd (Dagenham) from December 1979 to October 1982 when it dissolved and taken over by Bartons (Basildon) Ltd until it too dissolved and was taken over by (London) Bakers Oven in June 1984.
Who is right?
