This will be a combination of lecture and experiential journey through the 5 senses and food tastings to directly feel the effects of common foods on the doshas. Individual lifestyle consultations will be offered for those interested next week with a follow-up class to further educate you in Ayurvedic self care thru specific yogic practices,meditations, dietary recommendations and more according to yiur unique constitution.
