I appreciate you giving this a go and letting me know how it works for you. I can't promise what the result will be, but with keeping your 3 meals to 70% fat, 20% protein, and no more then 10% green vegetable carbohydrate, I'm thinking it may be a good one.
It can be challenging to hit those percentages. Think bacon, eggs, avocado, and olives. low carb leafy greens like spinach, kale, or salad greens should make up the carbohydrate portion. Salt is not the bad guy either so don't be afraid of that. Avoid seed (vegetable) oils and stick with olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, or butter.
