Sadly, if the stories in the Fishing News are any indicator, Minister Heatley appears to have little interest in the rights of recreational fisherman. Good on those who go through the official channels though. Good luck.
There's a saying parliament that best place to find a helping hand is at the end of your own wrist.. Not quite sure what there on about there. Personally I prefer the saying "if you want something done right do it yourself". Just don't use explosives.
